Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellation After Dispatch
- Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation
- Such orders may be eligible for return only if they meet the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred
Order Cancellation by Safe Gear
Safe Gear reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
