Payments

You can purchase through Cash On Delivery from our website. As per COD, you need to pay once your shipment is delivered to you. We will be integrating online payment gateway shortly. 

Shipping

We use dedicated courier services for all our shipments. This enables us to deliver our products to any part of the middle east. However, in case if you happen to purchase from a location where our delivery methods are unable to reach, we will notify you within 1-2 working days of your purchase. We will issue an immediate refund for your purchase or make alternative arrangements for shipments, which will be mutually agreed upon.

The shipping duration is generally 1-3 working days, depending upon your location and the shipping method chosen. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be updated with a shipment tracking ID through email and the same will be updated in your orders page.

Returns

Returns are available only for customers that purchased directly from our website for 30 days of the order being delivered. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or return, unless a valid proof is provided through a video that shows the package being opened with a defective product. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. Customers who wish to exchange any product may purchase their desired product as a separate order after confirming the refund for the initially purchased item with our support team. Products must be completely unused with the packaging and any accessories intact and included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items will result in the return being declined. 

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time which is 20 working days
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
  • We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong address)
